The Get Up & Move project aims to promote physical activity and improve the overall health and well-being of multicultural communities, employees and business owners by delivering culturally inclusive fitness challenges. These programs will be designed to accommodate diverse fitness levels, cultural backgrounds, and physical abilities. The initiative will foster a sense of community while addressing health disparities in underrepresented groups by offering free, accessible, and fun activities tailored to the specific needs of participants. The project will help reduce sedentary behaviour and encourage lifelong habits of physical activity among multicultural community members.
