There are three different price tiers based on business size (number of employees) and full-time student status.
- Tickets for Medium to Large Sized Businesses with (10+employees) are $150.00. *Early Bird $100.00.
- Tickets for Solopreneurs and Small Businesses with (1-9 employees) are $100.00. *Early Bird $60.00.
- Tickets for Full-Time Students with valid ID are $60.00. *Early Bird $40.00.
Are earlybird discounts available?
Yes, we are offering Early Bird Pricing until 31st of July 2025.
- Medium to Large Businesses (10+ Employees), Early Bird: $100, Regular $150
- Small Sized Businesses (1-9 Employees), Early Bird: $60, Regular $100
- Full-time Student (with valid ID), Early Bird: $40, Regular $60

No, tickets must be purchased online before the event.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds up to 30 days before the event.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 9:00AM for check-in. The event lineup begins at 10:00AM.
Where can I find parking?
Convenient parking is available just west of the hotel, accessible via Club House Lane. The secure car park operates 24/7 at a cost of $25 per vehicle per night.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible. The meeting and event rooms, located on the mezzanine conference level and level 1, are easily accessible via lift. Convenient ingress is guaranteed with the loading dock situated on the conference floor and with wide doorways accessing the event spaces. Disabled parking is at least 2.4 meters wide.
Do you accomodate for dietary restrictions?
Yes. The Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide, highlights the finest South Australian produce, crafting region-specific menus that reflect local flavours. The clean, innovative, and newly launched conference catering concept offers a vast array of customizable options for delegates, catering to gourmet tastes and special dietary needs. *Select your dietary requirement when booking your ticket.
