MBEN is taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health and Headspace.

The Push-Up Challenge is from 3-26 June 2026 and we hope that you will join us.

The challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups (or 1,654 for a half target) in 24 days to push for better. 3,307 represents the number of people who died by suicide in Australia in 2024.

Hate push-ups? No worries, you can substitute another alternative exercise, like squats and sit-ups.
